3. Delivery Options

Economy Delivery (2–5 Business Days)

  • Free for orders over R1,100
  • Standard courier rates apply for orders below this amount

Express Delivery (1–3 Business Days)

  • Available at an additional cost
  • Pricing is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location

4. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched

8. Failed Deliveries

    • Incorrect address
    • Customer unavailability
  • The parcel may be returned to us

In such cases:

  • A re-delivery fee may be charged
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

9. Inspection on Delivery

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Inspect parcels upon delivery
  • Report any damages or missing items within 48 hours of receipt

Failure to report within this period may affect claims.
