Non-Defective Returns

Customers may return goods within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Items are unused
  • In original condition

2. Defective Goods (CPA)

Under the Consumer Protection Act:

  • All goods carry a 6-month warranty
  • Items may be:
    • Repaired
    • Replaced
    • Refunded

We follow a repair-first approach.

3. Inspection Process

Products may be sent to suppliers/importers for inspection before resolution.

4. Exclusions

Warranty does not apply if:

  • Product is misused or abused
  • Used for unintended purposes
  • Altered or damaged by the customer

5. Proof of Purchase

A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.
